Linda M. Von Brethorst Obituary (Age 61) Entered into rest on April 16, 2014. Linda was born on December 21, 1952 in Seattle, Washington. Her family moved to Long Beach California where she met and married her husband of 43 years, Mike Von Brethorst. They lived in Southern California for 6 years before moving to Spokane, Washington in 1976. She is survived by her husband, 2 brothers, 2 children and 8 grandchildren. She and her husband owned and operated Printed Systems, Inc. for 29 years. She enjoyed many things especially traveling to Disneyland with her grandchildren and having yearly visits with her YaYa sisters. She loved her family, her friends but most of all loved her savior Jesus Christ. She cooked at kids camp and helped organize carnivals to raise money to send underpriveledged kids to camp. She also played Mrs. Santa to bless little children and to raise money for charity. She will be missed by her family, friends, neighbors, associates and virtually anyone that she came in contact with that needed extra attention. There will be a viewing at Heritage Funeral Homes on Government Way Thursday April 24 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday the 25th at 2:00 pm at Spokane Christian Center located at 8909 E. Bigelow Gulch Road, Spokane, Washington with a reception following.
