Lois A. Critzer Obituary (Age 90) Lois passed away June 2, 2011. Lois was born November 30, 1920 in Seattle, WA to Alvin and Lillian Gobler. She graduated from Queen Anne High School in 1938 and the University of Washington in 1942. While there, she was a member of Alpha Gamma Delta Sorority. Lois married Jim Critzer in Sept. 1942 and after two more years in Seattle, they moved to Spokane. She was a former member of Assistant's Inc. and for many years did volunteer work with Josie Comstock Shadle Guild at St. Luke's Hospital and was a charter member at Plymouth Congregational Church. Lois and her husband Jim were former members of the Spokane Country Club, Manito Country Club, Hayden Lake Country Club as well as De Anza and Desert Horizons Country Clubs in the California desert. She was a very enthusiastic golfer for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband Jim and is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Gary and Terri Critzer and granddaughter Nicole Critzer. She was a very loving wife, mother and grammie. Most of all, she was a lovely lady and will be greatly missed. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, June 7, 2011 at Heritage Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
