Lois B. Claassen Obituary (Age 87) Lois was born May 9, 1927 in Rockford, WA to Bessie and Charles Hecht. She passed away July 7, 2014 in Spokane Valley. She was a lifetime Spokane area resident, graduating from Rockford High School. She was a longtime member of Fourth Memorial Church. Lois loved being a daughter, wife, mom and grandma. She loved singing hymns anywhere and most especially on road trips with her husband. Lois is preceded in death by her beloved husband Ernie Claassen, daughter Judy Carrier, son Larry Young and sister Hughena House. She is survived by her daughters Linda Anderson (Terry) and Darlene Claassen; three grandsons, Rick, Gary and Ryan; two nieces, Bobbi and Sherri (Kelly); four great-grandchildren and one brother, Vernon Hecht. A Graveside Service will be held Saturday, July 12 at 11:00 am at Fairview Cemetery on South Campbell Road in Rockford, WA. � To plant a beautiful memorial tree in memory of Lois, please visit our Tree Store.
