Louise Mae Harris Obituary (Age 94) Louise was born March 13, 1918 to Frank and Ordelia (Palmer) Madison in Othello, WA. She passed away January 2, 2013 in Spokane. Louise attended North Central High School, and then later on married the late Percival "Woody" Harris of Nebraska City, NE on August 20, 1936. She is a lifelong housewife, living with Woody in Idaho, Montana and ultimately settling in Spokane. Louise loved her family, including her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She was an avid fishing mate, enjoying the out-of-doors, and being with her family and friends. Through the hand of God, Louise enjoyed a marriage to Woody for 61 years, both leaving this life on January 2nd, separated only by 16 years. Louise is survived by one brother, Lloyd P. Madison of Spokane, 2 daughters Darlene Turner (husband Bill) of Chattaroy and Diana Ives (husband Gene) of Spokane, one son Daryll Harris (wife Gloria) of Black Rock, AR, 11 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 17 great-great-grandchildren, and many other friends and loved ones. She is preceded in death by her husband Percival Woodrow Harris on January 2, 1997, three sisters, two brothers, and one great-granddaughter. Visitation for Louise will be held Monday, January 7th from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm A Funeral Service will begin at 1:00 pm on the same day, at Heritage Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Spokane, PO Box 2215, Spokane, WA 99210.
