Louise W. Lazorik Obituary Passed away on Monday, November 22, 2010 at D&D Adult Family Home in Spokane Valley, Washington where she resided after her Alzheimer's progressed. Louise was born in Calhoun County, Mississippi on March 24, 1928 to Daniel and Ida Thomas. She enjoyed baking bread, camping and fishing but most important was spending time with her family. She was very active in her church, Dishman Baptist. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Barbara Laing of Otis Orchards and Mrs. Tina Wirth of Spokane Valley. Louise leaves behind four grandchildren, Nicholas Lazorik of Spokane Valley, Heather Laing of Spokane Valley, Aaron Laing of Otis Orchards and Nathan Cerutti of Spokane Valley; two great-granddaughters, Audrianna and Addison; as well as two stepgrandsons, Colton and Evan. She was preceded in death by her husband Michael Lazorik in January, 1998, three brothers, Daniel Thomas, Buel Thomas and Charles Thomas. We love you mom, and you will deeply be missed, but will forever live in our hearts! We want to say a special "Thank You" to Pete Sweitzer and Delores Simnioniw at D&D Adult Family Home, your compassion and love you showed to our mother will never be forgotten. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, November 27th at the Riverside Mausoleum with a Graveside Service to follow at Spokane Memorial Gardens. The family wishes for any donations to be made to the Alzheimer's Association at 910 W. 5th Ave., Ste 256, Spokane, WA 99204.
