Lucille Cecelia Boyer Obituary (Age 94) Lucille was born on July 20, 1923 in Spokane, WA to Charles and Nettie Thornton. She entered into rest on November 3, 2017. Lucille graduated from Lewis and Clark in 1941. Worked for White Pine Sash during WWII and then became a homemaker. Lucille loved her family, enjoyed gardening (green thumb) and crafting. She enjoyed dressing for holidays especially Saint Patricks Day. Lucille and Howard built a home from the ground up in the Spokane Valley. Lucille was the owner/operator of Les Vinyl Repair in later years. She and Howard enjoyed 20+ years of traveling to Mexico and Yuma as snow birds. Lucille spent her final years enjoying life at Contempo Park and participating in the Red Hats group there. Lucille is survived by her sister, Shirley Young; four children, Gail Purcell, Kathy (Rick) Miller, Trish (Duane) Wagner and Larry Boyer; 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren. Lucille was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Howard, of 73 years; and brother, Lawrence. A memorial will be held at a later date.
