Marcia Bonnett Rutter Obituary (Age 74) Marcia passed away April 28, 2011 in Spokane, WA. She was born August 3, 1936 in Bloomington, IL to Yontz and Grace Bonnett. Together with her husband she owned several successful businesses. She greatly enjoyed quilting and gardening. With her husband Phil she enjoyed classic cars, trips through the US on their Gold Wing, and sailing the San Juan Islands off Seattle in their 34 foot Chinook the Ohaspe (Indian for land, sea, sky). Add joy and laughter to these words and that is Marcia. A special thank you goes to the Hospice House in Spokane for taking such wonderful care of her. Marcia is preceded in death by her parents and step-son Mark Rutter. She is survived by her husband Richard P. Rutter, Spokane, WA, sister Susan (Don) Johnson, The Villages, FL, step-son Rick (Terri) Rutter, Seattle, WA along with 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2011 at 11:00 at Heritage Funeral Chapel. An inurnment will take place at a later date in Funks Grove Cemetery in McLean, IL. Memorial contributions may be made to a Hospice organization of your choice.
