Mardi passed away on September 8, 2014 in Spokane, WA. She was born on April 6, 1930 to Fritz and Velma Lehfeldt in Spokane, WA. She married Edward J. Walsh on February 3, 1951 in Spokane and worked at the Sacred Heart Gift Shop for 10 years. For many years she enjoyed her estate sale business named Miss-Ellaneous Estate Sales.
Mardi is survived by her husband of 63 years Edward J. Walsh; 4 children, Marcia Walsh, Daniel (Barb) Walsh, Corrine (Stephen) Arnzen, Laurie Schmidt; 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister Darlene Tompkins.
The family would like to thank the staff at Kimberly?s Cottage for their loving care over the last 6 months. No service will be held at her request. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the charity of your choice.
