(Age 98)
Passed away February 11, 2010 in her own home after a brief illness. In the days before her death at age 98, Margaret visited with her family, finished a 1500 piece puzzle and played checkers. She was born in Spokane at the family home on August 10, 1911 to her parents Conrad and Anna Rohner Westerman. Margaret is survived by her loving son Ronald G. Rogers who encouraged and helped her enjoy and stay in her home until her death. She was proud of her extended family including her brothers Conrad M. Westerman, Rudy Schade; grandchildren Kathleen (Shayne), Robert(Susan), Stephen (Jerene), David, Valerie (Wayde); and numerous great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her husband John Storer and her son Robert Rogers. Margaret lived and worked in Spokane most of her 98 years and also spent several years living in Tumwater, Washington. She enjoyed her work with the government, her home and family. She was an avid reader and loved to spend time gardening and walking her dogs. Her family will miss her beautiful smile, the way in which she always dressed to perfection and her interest in making the most of every day.
