Marilyn Solomon-Conklin Obituary (Age 77) Marilyn went to be with the Lord on August 19, 2015. She was born along with her twin sister Rosalyn (Rosie) on November 19, 1937 to Charles H. Solomon and Agnes Warriner Anderson Solomon at Deaconess Hospital in Spokane. She is a graduate of Lewis and Clark High School. Marilyn has always been a people person. It is no surprise that she picked a career in nursing, graduating from the Sacred Heart School of Nursing in 1964. She worked at Sacred Heart and Holy Family Hospitals. She met her future husband John L. Conklin while working at Holy Family and they married on January 27, 1978. Marilyn went on to earn her Master�s Degree while working for the hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, and her sister. Marilyn has been active in her local church, and with Sacred Heart Alumni. She is survived by her step-daughter, a grandson, and numerous nieces and nephews. Marilyn always kept up on what was going on with all of us, sharing in our life changes and challenges. She will be missed. Come celebrate Marilyn�s life with us at a Graveside Service at Greenwood Memorial Terrace on September 17th at 3:00 PM (upper terrace near the Arlington West Memorial).
