Mark Ruben Obituary (Age 64) Mark was born to Philip and Virginia Ruben in Wenatchee, Washington on December 9, 1945 and entered into rest on January 10, 2010. Mark was preceded in death by his wife of more than 30 years Debbie. He is survived by his daughter Andrea Hormel of Spokane and her husband Tom Hormel, along with his granddaughters Kelsey 11 and Gracie 5 whom Mark adored. They will miss you and your balloons Grandpa. Also survived by his mother Virginia Ruben of Spokane; and his brother Mick Ruben and his wife Diane of Las Vegas and their two children, David and Leigh. Mark worked for Pacific Steel & Recycling for 20+ years and while there touched many lives and made many friends. He also did a stint in the Army and was stationed in Alaska. Graveside Services will be held at Mount Nebo Cemetery on Government Way in Spokane at 12 Noon Friday, January 15, 2010. In lieu of flowers the family asks that you make a donation in Mark's name to Cancer Patient Care of Spokane, 1507 E. Sprague, Spokane 99202, 509-456-0446.
