Mary A. Romans Obituary Mary lived a long and full life. Born February 3, 1927 in Rawlins, Wyoming, she passed on August 2, 2018 in Gresham, Oregon, having lived most of her life in Spokane. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Romans and her daughter, Bonnie Peterson. She is survived by 5 remaining children: Esther Phinney, Rosalie Grevstad, Rand Martinez (Cindy), Joann Skaufel (Neal), and Lucille Gomez (Dick); 18 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren. Mary enjoyed many hobbies including travel, sewing, doing puzzles and cooking. Mary was happiest surrounded by her 18 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren. She was very active volunteering for her grandchildren�s activities. Those who knew Mary were touched by her generosity, liveliness, laughter AND her tortillas. We were blessed to have her in our lives. A graveside service will be held at 10:30am on Wed.
