Mary Lou (Clouse) Hinkle Obituary Mary Lou Hinkle (Clouse) was born March 31, 1932 in Windsor, Colorado to Pete and Mabel Clouse. Mary Lou passed away peacefully in her home on September 28, 2017. On April 11, 1958 Mary Lou married the man of her dreams Verlyn Hinkle, they were married for 55 years. They made their home in Spokane, and after 30 years working for the telephone company Mary Lou retired, enjoying summers on Deer Lake. Mary Lou was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America. She loved keeping in touch and enjoying lunches with her co-workers. Mary Lou was preceded in death by her husband, Verlyn Hinkle, mother and father, Pete and Mable Clouse, brothers LeRoy and Howard, sister, Neila Jo Thompson, and nieces Judy and Jasmine. Mary Lou is survived by her sister Joyce Clouse, nieces Constance Jones, Susan (Harold) Stewart and Wendy (David Carter) Clouse. A special thanks to Delores, Sheila, and Lorie for all the care and love they gave Mary Lou. Services for Mary Lou will be October 28th at 1:00PM at Heritage Funeral Home.
