Michael D. "Doug" Cantrell Obituary (Age 70) Doug was born into this world on April 8, 1947 to the proud parents Vernard and Bonnie Cantrell in Spokane, WA. He graduated from Lewis & Clark High School in 1965, where he met his wife, Jody, and they have been married 51 years. He and Jody built a business since 1978 - Spring Crest Drapery and it still is running successfully. Doug is preceded in death by his mother and father and precious granddaughter, Casey Rae. He is survived by his wife, Jody; his son, Marc Cantrell; and his daughter, Nicole Riggs; along with his granddaughters, Lindsay Cantrell and Bella and Maci Riggs; as well as his brother, Charles Cantrell and his step-mother, Joyce Cantrell and several cousins. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 13th at 2:30pm at Greenwood Memorial Terrace, 211 N. Government Way, Spokane, WA with a reception following at Darcys (formerly Percys at U-City) from 4:00-4:30pm.
