Olin K. Loy Obituary (Age 92) Olin passed away on July 15, 2015 at home in Othello, Washington. He was born on October 10, 1922 at Garland, Utah, the youngest of three children. He was preceded in death by his older brother Thomas Loy and his sister Doris Coleman. Olin joined the army in 1942 and served overseas in the Aleutian Islands and India. When he returned home he married Nina Wilson. They spent 69 wonderful years together. They had two children, Dale and Becky. He soon entered the meat cutters apprentice program in Spokane and began his lifelong career as a meat cutter. Olin loved to fish, garden and spend time with his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife Nina, son Dale (Claudia), daughter Becky (David); grandchildren Amy (Ty), Taryn, Joshua (Hannah); great-grandchildren Kelsy, Emily, Isabella, Whitney, Ian, Haylie, and Aubree; and great-great-grandson, Kolten.
