Opal Cumbie Obituary CUMBIE, Opal E. (Age 85) Passed away June 3, 2009 at Providence Regional Medical Center, Everett. Opal was born October 31, 1923 in Harvard, ID to Nolen and Arvilla Salisbury. After her graduation from Potlatch High School her family relocated to Spokane, WA where she lived for 41 years. In May, 2009 she moved to Lynnwood, WA to be close to her daughter. She was preceeded in death by her parents, her husband, Carroll J Cumbie, and sister, Bess Mansur. Survived by her daughter Elaine (George) Leonard, son Rocky (Jeannie) Cumbie, grandchildren Lisa and Jeffrey Leonard, Brian (Jenny), Steven and Raeanne Cumbie, two great-grandchildren, Anna and Madeline Cumbie, nephew Howard (Skip) Mansur and his son's Luke and Nathan. She enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening, playing Bells at Knox Presbyterian Church, and cards with her friend's at Holman Gardens. In lieu of flowers memorial's may be sent to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society or Providence Regional Medical Center. A Celebration Of Life will be held at 1PM on Wednesday June 10, 2009 at Heritage Chapel. www.heritagefunerals.com
