Paul Joseph Guttierrez Obituary (Age 83) Paul passed away October 12, 2014 in Spokane, WA. He was born to Pablo Guttierrez and Francisca Felix on August 26, 1931 in Sacramento, CA where he lived with his mother and siblings. After the passing of his mother at the age of six, Paul and his brother Mike lived in an orphanage and foster home, and they always kept the brothers together. Paul joined the Air Force and was transferred to Spokane. He married Joanne Olin, together they had 4 girls. He moved alone to Paradise, MT where he married Mari Breckey. She had 4 children who he loved very much. In Paradise he worked as a clerk for NP/BN Railroad, then moved back to Spokane about 1980. In 1972 he gave his heart and life to the Lord Jesus, was baptized, and stayed true to his Lord with love and friendship. The Kingdom of Heaven was at hand, lived through his life totally. To any who read this, he has prayed for you to know his Friend and Savior Jesus the Christ. We were blessed beyond measure with him. Now he resides as a citizen of Heaven, and his humor will be infectious. Paul was a member of Spokane Christian Center for 30 years. He was preceded in death by daughter Paula Joe Guttierrez. He is survived by his brother Mike Guttierrez; daughters Cathy Mills, Debra Schmadeka and Dani Guttierrez; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Viewing will be held Saturday, October 18th from 10am to 5pm at Heritage Funeral Home.
