Paula June Goodwin Obituary Paula June Goodwin, age 89 and longtime Spokane resident, passed away on Wednesday, February 11, 2015. Paula was born in Edison, Nebraska, the daughter of Ernest and Pearl Hinze. The family eventually moved to Naches, Washington where she graduated from Naches High School. On January 7, 1945, Paula married the love of her life, Albert D. Goodwin; together they raised three children. Albert preceded her in death on November 9, 2000. Paula enjoyed traveling and camping with her husband and family, quilting, sewing, and various crafts. Paula also had a great passion for baseball and closely followed the Seattle Mariners, keeping statistics and notes on their games. Paula was preceded in death by her siblings Dallas, Carl, and Ernest Hinze and Myla Stoffer. She is survived by her three children, James Goodwin, David Goodwin and Paulette Ward, a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
