Phyla Jo Beell

December 25, 1964 - April 27, 2013

Phyla Jo Beell Obituary Phyla, age 48, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, April 27, 2013 following a brief illness. Phyla was born on Christmas day in 1964 to Obadiah and Emma Norris Neeley, in Spokane, WA while her family was stationed at Fairchild Air Force Base. Phyla grew up in Spokane and attended Spokane Public Schools, graduating from Lewis and Clark High School. She successfully completed coursework at local colleges and several vocational programs. She loved to work and was very proud of her job at a local auction company. Her co-workers enjoyed working with her and could depend on her as a team player. She believed in making the workplace fun. Phyla had a love for lakes, nature and the outdoors. Her son and family were her pride and joy, but she was also fond of her dogs �Poodle� and �TC�. She was an art lover and had an eye for beauty. Crocheting was one of her favorite hobbies. Phyla and Stanley �Fred� Beell were married and have been separated for many years. She was preceded in death by her mother Emma and brother Everett. She leaves behind a son who she loved very much, Devin Michael Washington of Ione, her father Obadiah of Waco, TX, brother Wayne Neeley of Waco, TX, sister Shawn Beka of Nigeria and a special friend who she has been with for 7 years, �Honey� David Peters. Phyla Jo Neeley-Beell will be missed by her family, friends and co-workers. The family sincerely wishes to thank loved ones and friends who have sent their condolences and prayers during this time of loss. A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at 3:00 PM at Greenwood Memorial Terrace Cemetery, 211 N. Government Way, Spokane, WA.
