Phyllis Jean Forster Obituary (Age 88) Phyllis J. Forster passed away March 9, 2017 in Spokane, WA. She was born May 21, 1928 in Spokane to Glenn and Mildred Kivett. Phyllis graduated from Marycliff High School in 1947. She worked at Old National Bank, eastside branch, for 20 years. She was a devoted church member at The Intersection Open Bible Church, helping out in many areas. She was also a donor and volunteer at the Inland Northwest Blood Center. She donated over 1,000 units from 1983 2006. Her volunteer jobs were mostly in the Apheresis Program and the H.L.A. Lab; she retired in 2006. Phyllis high school class still gathered regularly twice a year for lunch and fellowship they were a very close-knit group. Phyllis was also a board member for 6 years at the Union Gospel Mission Womens Aux and a longtime member, loving each day of volunteering service. Phyllis is survived by her husband, James E. Forster; her children, James Jim (Loralee) Lashbrook of Spokane, WA and William Bill Lashbrook of Spokane, WA; brothers, Glen (Barbara) Kivett and Bob (Lois) Kivett; sister, Carol Petragallo of Portland, OR; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews and lots of friends. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Walter B. Lashbrook; second husband, Al Stagman; parents; brother, Ed Boots Kivett; and sister, Dolores Lashbrook. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 11am at The Intersection Open Bible Church 905 N.
