Randal passed away in Spokane Valley on May 14, 2010. He was born in Hot Springs, MT. on February, 26, 1960 to Mario F. Sylvia and Norine Sylvia. He moved to Spokane at age
seven where the family resided until moving to Davenport, WA in 1970. He graduated from Davenport High School in 1978 where he was an outstanding athlete in football, basketball and baseball. He worked for the Burlington Northern Railroad before he went into business for himself as a painter and general contractor owning PTL Painting & Construction. In 2003 Randy became a fulltime Pastor at Life Center Four Square Church where he was the Men's and Recovery Pastor but Randy's ministry began 23 years ago when he became a whole hearted follower of Christ and included all forms of Outreach. Randy was married to DeAnn McVay 1981 and they have four sons Aaron, Andrew, Adam, and Zachary and one granddaughter Emilee Faye. Survived by DeAnn and their children, sisters; Judi (Charles) Owens; and Joyce (Harris Jr) Mithoug, numerous nieces, nephews, as well as a grandniece and grandnephews. A Celebration of Randal's life will be held 3:00 PM, Wednesday, May 19 at Life Center Four Square Church, 1202 N. Government Way, Spokane, WA 99204.
