Ray Bruce Watkins Obituary
(Age 88) Died peacefully of natural causes at home and in the company of his family on Tuesday, October 26 in Republic WA.
Ray was born in Hammond, Oregon to Guy and Ida May Watkins on March 2, 1922. He graduated from Washington State University in veterinary medicine in 1949. Ray is survived by his wife Dolly, daughters Lynn (Yolinda), Gayle, Lori Kitchin (Charles), Connie Yates, son Michael (Barbara), sisters Jean Urban and Helen Watkins, 7 grandchildren, 2 great-granddaughters and a large horse riding community that he loved.
A celebration of his life will be held at the Malo Grange hall at 17531 Hwy 21 N., Malo WA, Saturday, Nov. 20, 11:00. In lieu of flowers, a donation to Alzheimer?s Association, 910 W. 5th Ave, Ste 256, Spokane, WA 99204 or to Tri County Team, Hospice of Spokane, PO Box 808, Chewelah WA 99109 in thanks for their special care.
