Ray E. Decker Obituary (Age 71) Passed away November 7, 2013. He was born September 23, 1942 in Spokane to Lester A. and Martha (Esslinger) Decker. He graduated from Rogers H.S. in 1961 and was employed by the Great Northern (Burlington Northern) Railroad for 17 years. He married his high school sweetheart Roberta L. (Gaskill) Decker 50 years ago. He was a devoted father and grandfather. He enjoyed computing with his friends. Ray is survived by his wife Roberta; daughters Katherine (Jim) Murray, LaRae (John) Gray and Carin Iseminger; sister Lori (Erwin) Davis; numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, son Edwin, brothers Richard and Alvaredo. Visitation will be Thursday and Friday 10-5 at Heritage and a Funeral Service will be held 3PM Saturday, November 16, 2013 at Heritage Chapel with a private graveside service at 11AM on Monday, November 18th at Greenwood Memorial Terrace. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Polycystic Kidney Foundation, 8330 Ward Pkwy #510, Kansas City, MO 64114 or a charity of choice.
