March 30, 1953 - August 23, 2016

Raymond Kim Bolin Obituary (Age 63) Raymond Kim Bolin passed away on August 23, 2016 in Spokane, WA. Ray was born on March 30, 1953 in Pasco, WA to Raymond and Patricia Bolin and moved to Spokane in 1955 where he attended Wilson Grade School, Cheney High School and Eastern Washington University. He graduated with a degree in Economics. Ray worked for his father for several years in the family business. He later decided to sell Yellow Pages and worked as a Sales Representative for close to 20 years. Ray had always been interested in hypnosis, so he attended training and later opened a hypnosis clinic. His most recent position was working for Enterprise Car Rental, moving cars from location to location, which he enjoyed very much. Ray met his wife, Kay, on an outing on Lake Coeur dAlene. They dated for 5 years and were married in Hawaii in 1990. They enjoyed traveling to Hawaii and other tropical destinations. Ray loved the water and especially loved boating. He had several boats over the years and most recently purchased a houseboat on Lake Pend Oreille where they spent many weekends with their two cocker spaniels. Ray had four true loves in his life: his beautiful wife, Kay, of 26 years; his two loving cocker spaniels that were like children to Kim and Kay; being on the water, especially on their house boat, where they loved to entertain and where he was the happiest; and finally, all of his loving family and many friends. Ray is survived by his spouse, Kay; sisters, Cathy Houchin of Kent, WA and Allyson Presta of New Port Beach, CA. Ray was preceded in death by his father, Raymond J. Bolin and mother, Patricia J. Chartrand. A memorial service for Ray will be held at Heritage Funeral Home, on Saturday, August 27th at 10 a.m. To plant a beautiful memorial tree in memory of Raymond, please visit our Tree Store.
