Rebecca Jean (Caldwell) Lidenberg Obituary (Age 31) �She was that lovely little plant that grows in a crack in the asphalt, that thrives in spite of little water, poor soil, traffic, and trouble�. The world lost a beautiful soul, Rebecca Jean Lidenberg (Caldwell) on March 12, 2018. Rebecca lived a full life as a wife, daughter, sister, cat-mom, nanny, and friend. Rebecca had many joys, including movies, music, cooking, travelling, and connecting with people. Her passion for her work as a nanny will live on through the lives of the children she cared for over the years. Rebecca was born to loving parents Steve Caldwell and Denise Maxson on April 21, 1986. She learned to fight at a young age after being diagnosed with childhood cancer. Throughout 26 years in remission, she served as an advocate for those dealing with similar struggles. Rebecca married the love of her life, Matt Lidenberg on April 5, 2013. We admired Rebecca for her intelligence, tenacity, compassion, and fighting spirit. It was always evident that she adored her husband and was fiercely loyal to her first best friends, sisters Annie and Liz. She taught us to live life to its fullest by always being her authentic self, and inspired us by filling her bucket list despite her body�s inability to accomplish it. Family, friends, and those who were inspired by Rebecca are invited to join us at the McGinnity Room (116 W Pacific Ave, Spokane, WA) on April 8, 2018 from 3-7pm to reminisce and celebrate her life.
