Richard (Dick) R. Snider

8/1/1928 - 11/29/2024

Dick passed away peacefully on November 29, 2024 (96 years young). He was born in Medimont, Idaho in 1928. Moved to Spokane with his family in 1938. Dick went to John R Rogers High School and graduated in 1946. 

He entered the service in 1950 and served in the Signal Corp until 1952. He met the love of his life Verna Brockmier and they married on 9/3/1954. They had 3 children Vicki Holzemer (Pete), Keith Snider (Kathy) and Cheryl Trainor. He is also survived by 5 grandkids, Rich Snider (Jaime), Jacob Snider, Stephen Trainor, Rochele Trainor and Tyler Holzemer and 3 great grandchildren, Ally Snider, Michael Snider and Mable Snider. He also had numerous nieces and nephews. 

Dick had a long career in Welding Products and Sales. He worked at Industrial Air Products from 1960 – 1979 and then for Norweco from 1979 – 1990, when he retired. He enjoyed golf, woodworking, fishing and was always good for a laugh or joking around. There will be no service at this time.
