Richard "Rich" Beadle Obituary (Age 64) Rich entered into rest February 19, 2010 in Palm Springs, CA. He was born December 4, 1945 to Ted and Robbie Beadle in Spokane, WA. Although Rich was a native of Spokane, he also lived and taught in Seattle, WA and Alaska. Among his many accomplishments and contributions, the following are most significant: Eagle Scout; graduate of WSU with a BS in Biology and a Masters in Botany; National Park Boat Ranger; science teacher for 35 years; Science Department Chair. In addition Rich worked with youth throughout his entire life with Seattle Parks and Recreation, church youth groups and church camps. Rich's life was a reflection of love, devotion and service to family and community. He will be greatly missed. Rich is survived by his wife Ginny Beadle, Spokane; brother Doug (Laurie) Beadle, Scappoose, OR; his children Laurie Beadle (Randie) Graham, Cathy Beadle, Chris (Jenelle) Beadle and Kris Beadle, all of Spokane; grandchildren John (Jennifer) Terreault, Ellie Beadle, Lucy Beadle, Elizabeth Beadle and Roslyn Graham; great-grandchild Hayden Terreault; Aunt Blanche Harrison and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents. The family would like to express special thanks to Desert Regional Medical Center of Palm Springs, CA. A trust fund has been set up in Rich Beadle's name at the Spokane Teachers Credit Union to benefit Desert Regional Medical Center ICU/Medical POD #2 and the Deer Park School District Home Link Science Department. Visitation will be held Thursday 10-5pm and Friday/Saturday 8-5pm at the Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 1, 2010 at 1:00pm at Calvary Chapel, 511 W. Hastings Rd., Spokane. Interment will follow at Greenwood Memorial Terrace, 211 N. Government Way, with a reception following at 3:00pm Heritage Funeral Home.
