Richard "Scott" Durling Obituary (Age 28) Scott went to heaven July 20, 2013. He was born June 13, 1985 at Sacred Heart Medical Center. Scott was loved by all his family and friends and will be missed greatly. His laugh, his smile, his big heart and hugs will be missed most of all. Scott graduated from Lewis and Clark High School in 2003. Scott worked for Amica Insurance and Brown Bearing for many years. Scott enjoyed swimming, golfing, Hoopfest, and pool. Scott also loved his dogs Dosja and Ramsey and playing with everyone's kids. He loved movies and music; he loved fixing things and often referred to himself as ?MacGyver?. Scott has left behind father Randy Durling and his wife Cindy Brantl, mother Leslie Johnston and her husband Mike Johnston, sister Jenniffer Jackson and her husband Spencer Jackson, Grandma and Grandpa Betty and Ray Durling, Fianc? Holly Cowan and her two children Bella, Mathew, and soon to be Baby Durling, niece Mylah Jackson, step-brothers Mick and Ty Brantl, Aunts and Uncles, Jim Durling, Sunny Miller, Sherrie Watson, cousins Matt Durling, Jammie Smith, Melissa Smith, Forrest Miller, Holly Brown, and Jesse Mangracina, best friends Jesse Jahn, Nick Flynn, Shane Kittilstved and many more. A Funeral Service for Scott will be held at Heritage Funeral Home on Saturday, July 27th at 1:00pm followed by his burial. We are asking guest to wear bright colors, as Scott was one who liked to wear bright colors himself. In lieu of flowers, we are asking you to please donate to the Scott Durling Memorial Fund at STCU #297079.
