Robert Arthur Guild, D.O. Obituary (Age 77) Passed away April 15, 2011. He was born April 10, 1934 in Pendleton, OR to Arthur and Magdaline (Zeller) Guild. He grad-uated from Central Catholic High School in Portland, OR; attended Jesuit Seminary in Santa Barbara, CA before shifting gears and ultimately graduating as a doctor of osteopathic medicine. He was a practicing anesthesiologist in Michigan until his retirement in 1998 when he moved to Spokane to be closer to his grandchildren. He loved golf, the Michigan State Spartans, singing and the Lord God. He was a member of St. Thomas More Parish in Spokane. He is survived by his sister Kathy (Scott) Edwards; brother Paul (Agma) Guild; children Robert (Diana), Kevin, Matthew (Karen), Susan (Kurt), and Donald (Mary); grandchildren Kristina, Kathrine, Samuel, Aurora, Maria, Mariesa; nieces and nephews Sephia, Yirigalem, Mandy, Jessica and Demitri. Vigil Service 6:00PM Tuesday, April 19th at Heritage and Mass of Christian Burial 10:00AM Wednesday at St. Thomas More Parish, 505 W. St. Thomas More Way. Memorial contributions may be made to Regency @ Northpointe, 1224 E. Westview Ct. Spokane 99208.
