Robert L. Peak Obituary Robert L. Peak passed away on November 4, 2010 in Spokane, WA. He was born in Herrin, Illinois on February 6, 1934 to Robert Alexander Peak and Anna Stiritz Peak. His grandparents, Sarah and Alex Peak, raised him in Pinckneyville, Illinois. After serving in the US Army, he received an honorable discharge in 1957. He is survived by his wife of thirty-three years, Valerie H. (Edwards) Peak, by his two daughters Carol A. Pack (Dan) and Kelly L. Miller (Darin), two granddaughters, Amber I. Pack and Laci E. Harper, and one sister, Margaret Fricke. Robert was a kind, generous, and loving man whose wit and wisdom will be missed greatly by his family and friends. Memorials in his memory may be made to the Union Gospel Mission in Spokane, WA.
