Robert W. Dyk Obituary (Age 80) Passed away on March 26, 2018 while surrounded by his cherished family members. He was born in 1937 in Bozeman MT, graduated high-school in Ellensburg, WA, attended Seattle Pacific College, served in the US Army and spent his career working with the FAA. He loved reading, memorizing the Bible and listening to many Christian ministries on the radio. He was not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, for it has the power to save. His time, energy and finances reflected this as his highest priority. He understood that as a follower of Christ he did not belong here, his real home was in heaven with God. His main work for the past 20 years was lovingly and compassionately caring for his wife, Ruth Ann who had a long-term illness; she preceded him in death in 2014. He is survived by: Craig (Barb) Dyk, Curtis (Cathy) Dyk, Timothy R. Dyk, Barri Dyk, Marvin (Brenda) Dyk and Kara (Marcus) Wozny; 16 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren, who will desperately miss his influence in their lives. Visitation will be on Friday 10am-5pm and a Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at Heritage Funeral Chapel. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, Wycliffe Bible Translators, Sunshine Adult Family Homes or The Kindred Hospice of Liberty Lake.
