November 29, 1944 - November 27, 2010

Robin J. Quass Obituary Robin Judith Quass was born November 29th 1944 to Robert J. and Genevieve Hayes in Spokane, WA. She was the second of three children. Robin passed away on November 27th in her home surrounded by family. Robin is survived by her loving husband David Quass, and her brother and sister-in-law Stephen and Sherry Hayes of Coeur d'Alene, her son David " Butch " Triplett of Newport and her daughter and son-in-law Shirelle "Kippy" and Don Baker of Spokane. She has three adoring grandchildren, Conner, Alexis and Robin, and numerous nieces and nephews. Robin retired from Kaiser Aluminum after thirty years and went on to work at US bank student loan center until she retired. There are not enough adjectives to describe how truly wonderful Robin was. Words that come close are Beautiful, Giving, Caring, Loving, Amazing, Funny, Clumsy and Stubborn. She had a way of making everyone feel as if they were the most important person in the world. She laughed hard and often, she loved life and all it had to offer. Every person she meet became part of her family. She always thought more of others than she did of herself. Robin was there for everyone, to lend a hand, a shoulder to cry on, open arms for hugs, open ears to listen and always bring a smile. She gave the best advice whether wanted or not. She had an extremely unique and quirky way of looking at the world and was always eager to learn new things and explore new places. She had her own language and gestures that will always live on and make us smile. She loved people and animals. She was loved deeply by everyone who was fortunate to know her. The world will shine a little less without her, but the sky will sparkle more because Robin is there. A Memorial Service will be held 3:00 PM, Friday, December 3rd at Heritage Funeral Home.
