Rose C Sadd Obituary Our beloved, Rose C Sadd, passed away on November 12, 2022, at the age of 92. She was born in the Philippines to Benigno Cahulogan and Dolores Cadio on September 11, 1930 and was the oldest of nine siblings. Rose established her first career creating and designing exceptional dresses and gowns for military wives. She later became part owner of DHL in the Philippines with her first husband. Rose eventually moved to the United States in 1980 to be with her only child, Yolanda. In the summer of 1981, she moved to Spokane, Washington, where she later met and married Richard Walter Sadd. Together, they shared many happy memories with family, friends, and were involved in many different voluntary, charity, and military groups. Rose is survived by her, daughter, Yolanda Loseo, her three grandchildren, Ted Isaac, Rowena Gilligan, and Dustin Adams. She is also survived by three half siblings, ten great grandchildren and multiple great, great grandchildren. A celebration of life ceremony will be held on January 7, 2023, at 11:30 am at Heritage Chapel, 508 N.
