Ruby Eileen Schultz Obituary (Age 85) In loving memory of Eileen Schultz, who passed away December 8, 2011 at Hospice House in Spokane. She was born March 20, 1926 in Hyrum, UT to Fred Hilary Olsen and Ruby Cecelia Rose Wilson. She was married in 1945 to the love of her life, Harold Schultz, in Utah. Spokane has been Eileen's home for the past 60 years. She loved gardening, genealogy, her many close family members, friends and her church family. She was preceded in death by her husband Harold. She is survived by her daughter Jan (Bob) Bell of Woodinville, WA, son Rick Schultz of Spokane, grandson Darren (Erica) Bell of Bothell, WA, four sisters and two brothers in Utah. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:30AM, Tuesday, December 13th at Heritage Funeral Home with a private Graveside Service to follow at Greenwood Memorial Terrace.
