Russell Scott Obituary Russell was born and raised in Spokane, WA. He lived for the past 25 years in his home at Waitts Lake in Valley, WA. His career was working as a custodian for Spokane Publice Schools in Spokane, WA. At the end of his career he was the head custodian at Shadle High Shool. While working at Garry Middle School, he occasionally gave historical presentations using the model ships that he built. He especially enjoyed being with the kids every day. During his retirement years, Russell enjoyed helping out at the Valley Food Bank (which he helped to found), visiting with friends and neighbors, and going to the Chewelah Casino. After many years struggling with severe health problems, he passed away on April 9th. He is survived by family: Gary and Sharon Millay, Brenda Millay-Mai and Kevin Mai, Lisa and Paul Agather, four great-nieces, and one great-great-niece, and two great-great-nephews.
