November 20, 1998 - June 04, 2014
Ryan Jesse Holyk Obituary (Age 15) Ryan was born in Spokane, WA at Valley Hospital on November 20, 1998 and passed away Wednesday June 4th at 7:25 p.m. after a very strong fight at Sacred Heart Medical Center. He was a student at West Valley High School and is loved by many people. Ryan loved playing video games and hanging out with his close friends, riding bikes and causing havoc. Ryan had many plans for the future including working for the summer to earn money for a car, and trying to find a way to inherit Bill Gates' empire. He was always willing to work hard for what he wanted and was full of new ideas, some of them not so appealing to his mother, but ingenious nonetheless. Ryan had a very big heart and would do anything to help someone in need. He was constantly worried about his friends and even people he didn't know, trying to devise ways that he could help them. Ryan will be devastatingly missed by his entire community, but most especially by his family. He is survived by his big brother, Austin Holyk; his little sister, Katie Holyk; his Dad, Aaron Holyk and girlfriend, Jen Blessing; his mom, Carrie Thomson and her Husband, Norm Thomson; as well as a huge extended family of loving aunts, uncles, grandma, grampas and cousins. We will be remembering Ryan's time with us on Saturday, June 14, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at Millwood Presbyterian, 3223 N Marguerite Rd, Spokane, WA 99212 with a reception to follow. Flowers may be sent to Heritage Funeral Home. To plant a beautiful memorial tree in memory of Ryan, please visit our Tree Store. Read more Events JUN 4
