Sharon F. "Sherri" Marque

Sharon F. "Sherri" Marque Obituary (Age 69) Sherri peacefully passed away on October 27, 2012 at Holy Family Hospital of pulmonary fibrosis with her daughter and husband at her side. She was born in Sandpoint, ID in 1943 to Clara and Melvin Anderson. She attended various schools and graduated from West Valley High School in Spokane. In 1961 she met her only love, Steve Marque and they married on Valentine's Day in 1964. She obtained her A.A. degree from Blue Mountain Community College in Pendleton, OR and then worked while her husband obtained his B.A. After that she followed him to many places in the Pacific Northwest, Montana, Alberta and Ontario because of his many job transfers. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Larry. Sherri is survived by her husband of 48 years, their daughter, Michelle Marque Pope and grandson Connor Pope, plus way too many relatives throughout the area and the country to even try to name plus many good friends. She dearly loved to travel, especially in the Pacific Northwest, Hawaii, Oregon Coast, Canada, Yuma, AZ and Mexico. Her main hobbies were shopping and reading. Cremation has been carried out and there will be a Memorial Service for her on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at 1:00PM at Heritage Chapel in Spokane.
