Sheri Lee Nelson Obituary Sheri Lee Nelson, age 71, passed away on Sunday, May 13, 2018 in Spokane Valley, Washington. She was born on August 6, 1946 in Taylor, Texas to Dennis and Elsie Weed. Sheri married Steven Nelson on November 12, 1971. She was a homemaker, raising their three children. Sheri enjoyed knitting, crocheting and sewing. Sheri is survived by her children, Bill Nelson of Spokane, Katrina (Dave) Kelter of Wisconsin, and Tammy (John) Warner of Spokane; and six grandchildren, Lori, Steven, Ariannah, Mason, Taylor and Ava. She was preceded in death by her husband, Steven Nelson and her parents. A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 18th at 10:30am at Fairmount Memorial Park.
