December 09, 1942 - August 14, 2014

Solveig Bueschke Obituary (Age 71) My dear wife of 28 years has been taken from us due to a rapidly growing cancer and left us grief-stricken on the 14th of August. Solveig was born in Vienna, Austria on the 9th of December, 1942. I was the fortunate one to have met her forty years later in the Spokane German-American Society. We instantly cemented a strong bond that kept us united culturally, linguistically and philosophically. Solveig is also survived by her son Victor Myers, a daughter-in-law Sybilla Myers; my three daughters Diana Johnson, Loretta Bond and Melissa Haskins have developed an endearing and enduring bond with Solveig and share the grief of this loss with me. Solveig is also survived by 11 grandchildren. We all have been inspired by her appreciation of art and beauty and her sense of good taste. Her many friends will miss her Viennese charm, her warmth and friendship. I shall seek solace amongst the many flowers which she loved and diligently cultivated in our garden while remembering the endearing qualities that made our house a beautiful home. A private family service will be held at a later time.
