Sylvester "Shorty" William Pecnick Obituary (Age 87) Passed away February 1, 2010 at his home in Suncrest, Nine Mile Falls. He was born to John and Teresa Pecnick and graduated from high school in the Kellogg area and served in the Armed Forces. He married his wife Maude that preceded him in death. They lived in Spokane and then Loon Lake and while there they enjoyed entertaining. Shorty loved to work with wood making bird houses, foot stools and yard ornaments. They adopted a son and daughter Lee and Teresa. He is also survived by his close friends of many years Charles and Carolyn Aultman. Memorial Service 1:00PM Wednesday February 10, 2010 at Holy Cross Cemetery Chapel, 7200 N. Wall St.
