Taylor Kyle Bressler Obituary (Age 66) A 62 year Spokane resident, passed away peacefully at home December 4, 2016. He was born February 26, 1950 in Richland, WA to William Kyle and Edith (Taylor) Bressler. Taylor graduated from Shadle Park High School in 1968 and received a degree in Landscape Architecture from WSU in 1976 and was a registered Professional Landscape Architect. Following an apprenticeship and employment with Krause Nursery, Taylor was employed by the City of Spokane Parks Department in the capacity of Landscape Architect, Parks Manager, Parks Maintenance Director for 35 years until his retirement in 2012. We remember Taylor as a complex and engaging man with a passion for all things botanical and with an unerring eye for creative design and beauty. He was an avid collector of artworks, curiosities and rebuilder of old clocks. Taylor married Melisa Walker in 1973 and they had a daughter Andrea Walker and son Jordan Bressler. He is survived by his children; grandchildren Silver and Terge; as well as former wife and friend Melissa; siblings Jason, Kevin, George and Kristine. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral Service 1PM Thursday December 8, 2016 at Heritage Chapel followed by interment at Mt Nebo Cemetery.
