January 31, 1959 - November 24, 2014

Tim Byrne Obituary Tim Byrne recently passed away at the age of 55. Tim was born January 31, 1959 in Spokane, Washington to Charleen and Robert Byrne. Tim attended school at Assumption, Gonzaga Prep and Shadle Park, graduating in 1978. Tim loved all sports especially football, baseball, snow and water skiing. He was an All-City 3rd baseman for Shadle Park. Tim worked for several years at Kaiser Aluminum, a job he loved. There weren?t too many people Tim did not get along with; he was a friend to all. Tim?s famous anthem, ?I?m on Fire? always indicated to us he was having a good day. The Byrne family would especially like to thank Betsy and the very dedicated staff of Moore?s boarding home for the many years of service and care provided to Tim. Tim was supported by a community of professionals, caregivers and friends who provided companionship, compassion and friendship. Tim received support from Frontier Behavioral Health and other social agencies. Our family always appreciated the many people who have helped Tim throughout his life. Tim is preceded in death by his parents, Charleen and Robert, and brother Rollie Byrne. Tim is survived by his loving family; Danny and Colleen Byrne, Colleen and Jim O?Brien, Terry and Dave Oas, Bobby and Roslyn Byrne, daughter Lisa and nieces: Chrissy (Jason) Kolashinski, Sarah (Pat) Everitt, Katie (Ben) Gozart, Corrina (Mike) Kelsey, Tyler (Shelby) Oas, Tiffany Oas, Sheana and Serena Byrne. Please join us for Christian Burial, Saturday, December 20th, 11:00 a.m. at St. Thomas More Parish, Fr. Poole presiding. Reception to follow at St. Thomas More PAC Center. Come and drink a diet coke in Tim?s honor.
