Walter "Chum" J. Lockhart Obituary (Age 67) Husband, dad, papa, uncle, and brother went home to his Heavenly Father on July 5, 2010. He was born on June 4, 1943 in Spokane, WA. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, gardening, woodworking and being with his family. He was a Seed Plant Manager for 38 years. Chum is survived by his wife, Caroljean; daughters Tami Fuller (Bryan), Teri Rogers (Kevin) and son Scot Lockhart; grandchildren Skyler and Madison; sister Marla Lockhart and several nieces and nephews. Chum was preceded in death by his mom and dad. A special "Thank You" goes out to all of the doctors and nurses who took care of Chum during this extremely difficult battle. A visitation will be held Thursday, July 8, 2010 from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. A celebration of life will be held at Heritage Funeral Home on Friday, July 9, 2010 at 10:00AM. Chum asks that we not mourn for him, but instead celebrate his going home. He loved the Lord and knew Jesus as his personal savior.
