Wanda M. Lipscomb Obituary Wanda M. Lipscomb, age 92, passed away January 6, 2012 at the Cheney Care Center. She was born May 16, 1919 to the late Dean McMillan and Grace (Wallbrown) McMillan of Otto, WV. Wanda was a school teacher in the Spokane area for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Lipscomb and their son, Grant P. Lipscomb
