Wesley H. McGowan Obituary
Wesley H. McGowan passed away at home in Spokane, WA on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at the age of 19. Wes is survived by his loving mother Shari and brother Connor. Wes was born in Spokane, WA on December 10, 1996. He attended local schools for his education. Many words come to mind that describe Wes such as; funny, dry humor at times, a loyal friend, animal lover, a friend that would make you laugh no matter how sad and bring your mood up at any time, a friend that would do anything he could for you, and as a few close to him know how he loved his lil? Sponge Bob scrap piece of blanket that he had left from childhood. Things that got Wes?s interest were going to the local Pawn shops, Pawn 1 on Division in particular. He liked to look for DVD?s and old school stuff. Favorite TV shows were American Pickers, Food network, horror movies, Fast & Furious, Pawn Stars, and of course Scooby Doo. The music Wes liked to listen to was Chris Daughtry and One Republic. Wes had dreams and goals that he talked about. He knew he would make a great Movie Critic. He wanted to open a clinic for kids/teens that would have doctors just for them, and a special place that would get their minds off of being ill. Another goal was to finish his GED and pursue a job at Pawn 1 and get good deals for himself and friends. He wanted to be healthy and not be sick all the time. His goal was to be a healthy cook but yet he still wanted to experience eating steak, pizza, and fish as he would always say it looked good. Services for Wes will be held on March 12, 2016 at 11:00 am at 5944 N. Cedar, Spokane, WA.
