William "Bill" P. Budd Obituary (Age 75) Bill was born November 11, 1934 in New York City; he lived there until he moved to Spokane where he had lived for the past 34 years. He passed away on July 30th. Bill retired from the Air Force as a Master Sergeant in 1973. He was an animal lover who enjoyed making regular contributions to the CDA Indian Tribe. He owned and operated his own accounting business and sat on the board of KJNW. He married Sue Budd on June 14th 1984. He was preceded in death by Francis (mother), Albert (father), Genevieve (sister) and Mary (sister). Survivors include wife Sue, Siblings: Frank (Joyce), Theresa (Wilbert), Christopher (Judy), Ida, Rose and, Albert; Children: Michelle, Lise (David), Shirley and Wade; Stepchildren: Shirlee, Barb (Bob), Angie (Randy), and Rick. Bill is also survived by numerous grandchildren who were the joy of his life. A Graveside Service for Bill will be 10 AM Tuesday, August 3rd at Riverside Memorial Park, followed by a gathering at the William's home. Everyone is welcome to both.
