William H. "Bill" Kromer Obituary William H. "Bill" Kromer, passed away peacefully with his family at his side on November 21, 2010 in Spokane, WA. He was born on September 20, 1927 in Fargo, ND. He joined the U.S. Navy during WWII and received an Honorable Discharge. He returned to Spokane and married Regina Wieman on October 14, 1949 and she preceded him in death after 55 years together. He had an interesting and successful working life and enjoyed his retirement years. Bill is survived by a daughter Paula and son-in-law George Bacon in Clayton, WA. He has one grandson and three great-grandchildren residing in Montana. Bill was very active in his community and church (St. Francis Xavier). Memorial Service to be held at 1:00 PM Wed. December 1, 2010 at St. Francis Xavier Church, 3715 N. Standard, Spokane, WA interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to St. Patrick's Catholic School.
