William H. Browand Obituary (Age 79) William H. Browand went to be with the Lord on August 4, 2018 at home after a long battle with multiple sclerosis. Bill grew up in Altoona, PA and entered the U.S. Air Force at age 17 after the death of his parents. Bill assisted and supported his wife through nursing school before they made Spokane their permanent residence. Mr. Browand is survived by his wife, Mary; two siblings, Shirley Myers and Paul Browand; and three children, Debbie Alldredge, Paul Browand, and Gretchen Kelling. He also leaves behind seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at the Washington State Veterans Cemetery in Medical Lake on August 31, 2018 at 10:30am.
