William Henry Gintz, Jr. Obituary (Age 82) William went to heaven to be with his Lord and Savior on August 18, 2009. He was born December 29, 1926 in Green River, WY to William H. Gintz Sr. and Lena Viola Beamer. His family came to Spokane when he was 12. He graduated from North Central High School in 1945 and went to EWSC for one year. Bill married the love of his life, Joan Ingman, in 1957, sharing 52 years of marriage, together they had six children who meant all the world to him. He was in business at Gintz Plumbing and Electric for 40 years which he started with his dad. He also operated a trade school - Tradek Training Center in the 1970s. Later he and Joan moved to Seattle for about 10 years before returning to Spokane. Bill is survived by wife Joan; daughter Janell Chilberg; sons Gary, Richard, Rick, Doug, and Kevin; 21 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his sisters Shirley McKee and Audrey Sale. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, August 24, at Northview Bible Church, 13521 N. Mill Road, Spokane.
