William Henry Lesley, Jr. Obituary William Henry Lesley, Jr., age 87, passed away on October 18, 2011 in Spokane, WA. He was a lifetime resident born on July 12, 1924 to Daisy and William H. Lesley, Sr. Bill attended Havermale and entered the Army at age 15. He served as a medic in WWII in Guadalcanal and the Northern Solomon�s earning a Honorable discharge on November 13, 1943. Bill retired from the U.S. Postal Service. He enjoyed flying, traveling and his Scottish heritage. He was a member of the D.A.V., Soaring Association and the Civil Air Patrol. Bill is survived by his children Bill (Paulette) Lesley of Spokane, Debbie (Roy) McBrayer of Orangevale, CA, Jennifer (Bob) Couch of Washougal, WA, 6 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Doreen. A memorial service will be held at Heritage Funeral Home on October 20, 2011 at 10 am.
